RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 Goal.  So please, BEFORE purchasing CottonSubs or any item off this website, make sure you watch a few videos and/or joined our FB group, and have full comprehension on what you're purchasing.  Due to the nature of this product, All Sales are Final, no refunds can be made once the order is shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing, within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after evidence or the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined the order was used, misused, or mishandle by the buyer.  CottonSubs and it's affiliate companies will not refund any money for orders that were cancelled after they've been processed & shipped.  We also will not cover any fees associated with shipping / returns as a result of customers missing delivery dates.  If the tracking number states attempts were made, notices were left, & the package gets returned.  Redelivery fees & that responsibility falls on the customer not CottonSubs, Techbot Customs, or any of our affiliates. 
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing orders normally take 2-3 days.  Orders can process faster, but to be safe, expect a couple days before it ships.  Packing slips may be created days before the order is actually scanned for delivery.  You will also receive an email with a tracking number that is not active yet.  Once orders are packaged and labeled, we take them to the USPS for shipping.
Shipping to recipient depends on location in the United States. We ship from Chicago, check diagram below for details.  Normally shipments take 2-5 days.  Once the post office scans the parcels then the tracking numbers become ACTIVE, that's when progress can be checked on the USPS website.
