Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 Goal. So please, BEFORE purchasing CottonSubs, make sure you watch a few videos and/or joined our FB group, and have full comprehension on what you're purchasing. Due to the nature of this product, All Sales are Final, no refunds can be made once the order is shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing, within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after evidence or the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined the order was used, misused, or mishandle by the buyer. CottonSubs and it's affiliate companies will not refund any money for orders that were cancelled after they've been processed & shipped. We also will not cover any fees associated with shipping / returns as a result of customers missing delivery dates. If the tracking number states attempts were made, notices were left, & the package gets returned to our facility. Redelivery fees & that responsibility falls on the customer not CottonSubs, Techbot Customs, or any of our affiliates.
